The woman behind the plan.
I'm Lindsay!
My brain is half spreadsheet, half doodles, and I'm the one who makes sure your event actually starts on time.
I partner with nonprofit causes and professional associations on the strategy, events, and organization behind their work.

I love meeting the people and organizations I work with in person whenever it's possible. There's something about seeing the person behind the screen that makes the work better. (I like to say I actually give a dang about the people I work with. Corny, but true.)
I'm more than my to-do list, and I firmly believe you are too.
Outside of work, I'm usually curled up with a good book, chasing a sunset walk near some water whenever I can find it, or spoiling my nieces and nephew every chance I get. (World's Best Auntie title holder - they'll confirm.)
A few things that don't change, no matter the org.
Every cause and association I work with is different.
How I show up for it isn't.
1
PLAN BEFORE WE EXECUTE
We talk through the goals and the timeline before anything gets scheduled. This step keeps the last minute scrambling from happening.
2
BUILD WITH YOUR TEAM, NOT AROUND IT
I work alongside the people who know your organization best — never off to the side, and never in place of them.
3
ONE POINT OF CONTACT,
START TO FINISH
No handoffs, no "let me loop in someone else." I'm with you for the plan and the payoff.
4
NO DETAIL TOO SMALL
The parts nobody notices (until they go wrong) are usually the parts that make an event or a website actually work.
I notice them first.
"Sometimes we have to slow down in order to go faster."
It's a phrase I come back to with almost every client. Good organization was never about doing more, faster — it's about building something sturdy enough to actually hold up when it matters.
Two ways I partner with an organization.
Depending on what your organization needs, the support looks a little different.
